Total Hockey Development (THD) is a premier hockey skills partner to the Darien Ice House. THD skill development programs were born from the idea that dedicated players should have a place to go in the offseason to work relentlessly on their skill set……..with elite instructors in small groups. Think of us like that boxing gym churning out elite talent, or that soccer club in Sao Paulo producing world class soccer players. It is our job to help the athletes fall in love with the “process ” of preparation and training, and understand the mechanics of the total skill set. We don’t believe in gimmicks. Through THD programs, players enter a world of learning, of mechanical break down, of positive teaching, and ultimately tremendous results.

THD Skill Development programs are run by Clark Jones and Chris Gragnano, two elite skill development instructors that have been training beginners to elite athletes (prep, junior, college, & professional) for up to 20 years. At THD programs you will see Mites – NHL players working on their craft through our comprehensive development program focused on the mechanics of the foundational skill set, movement patterns, and motor patterns. Our program instructors also include multiple gold medalist figure skaters, former professional hockey players, and current Division 1 College Hockey players. Commit your time and dedicate yourself and we will help you maximize your potential!

B Quick Hockey

B Quick was launched in 2017 to fill the need for a fun, engaging, yet COMPETITIVE hockey program. Growing up in a house of 5 boys, there was ALWAYS a competition. B Quick’s mission is to teach players how to compete at all levels of the game. This is accomplished through battle drills, area games, 3 v 3, skating relays, shoot-outs, etc. Depending on which camp/clinic you choose we also include an off ice component of target shooting, stick handling, agility drills and coordination games.
